ERBUD signed an agreement with Vantage Development S.A. for the construction of two residential, commercial and service buildings in Poznań, at ul. Piątkowska. The contract value is PLN 56.7 million.
According to the agreement, ERBUD will carry out among others the demolition of the current development on a plot belonging to Vantage Development and the construction of a residential and commercial complex. The contract execution time is set at 95 weeks from the receipt of the contracting authority's order to commence work.
The investment in Poznań is another project carried out by ERBUD for Vantage Development. Only in the last 12 months, ERBUD concluded contracts with a Wrocław developer for the implementation of two investments in Wrocław: at ul. Sienkiewicza and the third stage of the Park Popowice investment. The total value of contracts concluded between the companies in the last 4 quarters is over PLN 170 million.
