Erbud signed a contract to build CASTORAMA commercial and exhibition centre in Cieszyn. The project is worth PLN 22 million net. The completion of works is scheduled for 15 August 2015. ADV XVIII Por Property is the Investor.
Under the contract Erbud will construct a commercial and exhibition building with an area of 115,821 m2, incl. accompanying infrastructure, fire water tank, parking lot and internal roads.
Together with this new contract, eleven projects are currently performed in the retail and commercial sector. This business segment represents 24.5% of the existing backlog, and its value is approx. of PLN 390 million.
