A construction tycoon will erect further buildings as part of the fourth stage of the Port Popowice investment in Wrocław. The contract value amounts to PLN 57.5 million (net).
The contract was concluded with Port Popowice sp. z o.o. sp.k. It provides for the execution of the fourth stage of the Port Popowice investment, in the part covering the construction of a multi-family residential building (“F”) with commercial premises and a two-storey underground garage. Also, under the contract, ERBUD will prepare the internal and external technical infrastructure and will be responsible for the development and provision of utilities to the site, including the landscape structures, green areas and the traffic system at Białowieska Street in Wrocław.
This is another order for ERBUD within the Port Popowice investment. In August last year, the company communicated the signing of a contract for the third stage of the investment with a value of PLN 83.1 million. In December 2020, ERBUD concluded contracts with Vantage Development regarding the construction of a multi-family residential building with commercial premises.
ERBUD is responsible for the construction of the previous two phases of Port Popowice. The company remains quite active in Wrocław. Together with Vantage Development it cooperated in the construction of such residential projects as: Promenady Wrocławskie, Nowy Gaj, Dorzecze Legnickiej or Legnicka 33 in Wrocław, as well as Dom Saski in Warsaw. Moreover, ERBUD constructed for Vantage Development the Promenada Zita office building in Wrocław.
