Ebud S.A., one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, will perform another residential project in Wrocław. Under a general construction contract our company will construct a multifamily residential building on Grabiszyńska St., incl. required infrastructure, services and development works.
VD spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Mieszkania XIV sp. k. seated in Wrocław (the „Customer”) from the Vantage Development S.A. Capital Group is the Investor of the Login City.
This is another project constructed by ERBUD S.A. for the Vantage Development S.A. Capital Group. So far, both companies together have already completed ten developments, among others: “Galaktyka” Retail Park; “Nowy Gaj” residential complex located on Żegiestowska St.; “Dąbrowskiego 40” residential and office building; “Wrocławskie Promenady” housing estate.
The contract to build Longin City in Wrocław is a successive joint project.
The Login City will be erected in a very convenient location on Grabiszyńska St., just a few minutes from the Wrocław Market Square, and also very close to attractive places like “Zajezdnia” History Centre or green areas.
