ERBUD has completed the Eurocentrum Office Complex in Warsaw

ERBUD S.A. has completed the construction of one of the largest and most ecological office buildings in Poland - Eurocentrum Office Complex, Phase 1 in Warsaw. The project for approx. PLN 234 million has been executed in accordance with the schedule within two years.

Eurocentrum Office Complex is a fifteen-storey Class A+ office building located at Al. Jerozolimskie St. in Warsaw with a leasable area of 40 thousand m2.

Eurocentrum Office Complex is another top office project in Poland completed by ERBUD at the highest standards of construction and using the latest green solutions. Eurocentrum, based on the principles of sustainable construction, has achieved LEED CS Gold precertification. Among the ecological solutions can be mentioned: external shutters on the facade restricting the sunlight entering a building in the summer, ventilation and air-conditioning systems with a maximum heat recovery, energy-saving lighting, reflective roofing membrane system, intelligent control systems, including lighting. In addition, inside the building there are elements of natural greenery, creating a system of air exchange and friendly microclimate.

Eurocentrum is the largest office building with LEED ecological precertification completed by ERBUD. In the course of construction we were using green solutions such as self-climbing formwork, which allowed saving energy - said President Zubelewicz.

The building usable area is approx. 70 thousand m2. Besides the user-friendly offices you can also find here a prestigious service and catering space of over 2 thousand. m2. The office building has a three-storey underground car park for 612 vehicles and 158 places on open-air parking. Cyclists can enjoy 162 parking spaces, changing rooms and showers.
