Erbud S.A., which is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, has announced the signing of a contract for the construction of a residential complex at ul. Dywizjonu 303/ Łokuciewskiego in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The contract is worth PLN 13.32 million.
Under the contract, Erbud will build a multi-family residential building with an underground car park and will make improvements to the land at ul. Dywizjonu 303/ Łokuciewskiego in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The value of the contract is PLN 13.32 million net.
The investor is BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER POLSKA. The value of contracts signed by Erbud with this investor during the last 12 months exceeded 10% of the company’s equity. Construction works are to be completed by 17 July 2017.
