Lublin University of Technology has again entrusted ERBUD International with the retrofit of the infrastructure of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology. This is the fifth order for EI from the Lublin University. In total, they are worth PLN 70 million.
ERBUD International specializes in EPC contracting of thermal performance improvement and overhaul projects, especially of premises with high technological complexity. The contract just signed with Lublin University of Technology is the fifth order from this investor. As part of it, ERBUD International will design and alter the auditorium and associated rooms in the buildings of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology. The value of the contract is about PLN 4 million net. Its implementation will last until mid-March 2025.
- The project will be carried out in the design and build formula, which will allow for an effective and comprehensive approach to the retrofit of the university's space and contribute to the development of educational infrastructure and create modern environment for students and teaching staff. This is an important implementation for us, because we want to participate in the modernization of Polish science also at the infrastructural level, emphasizes Mirosław Młynarski, President of ERBUD International. – Interestingly, the project manager for the overhaul works at Lublin University of Technology is Paweł Mach, its graduate, who started working at ERBUD directly after graduation, adds Mirosław Młynarski.
ERBUD International is currently in the process of a comprehensive thermal performance improvement of Student House No. 4 at Lublin University of Technology. As part of the project it will design and execute, i.a., fire protection systems, alter the layout of the rooms and conduct thermal performance improvement works that will generate significant savings and reduce the carbon footprint.
The portfolio of ERBUD International includes the retrofit of the building of the Rector's Office of the Medical University of Warsaw in Warsaw, Institute of Mother and Child in Warsaw, Ludwik Rydygier Memorial Specialized Hospital in Kraków, District Hospital in Tomaszów Lubelski, National Institute of Oncology in Warsaw and in Gliwice.
