Erbud S.A., which is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, has announced the signing of a contract for the general reconstruction and extension of the Neptun cinema in Gdańsk, together with a tenement house investment and a 1-storey car park. The investor is Capital Park Gdańsk. The contract is conditional and its value is PLN 38.2 million net.
Under the contract, Erbud will rebuild and extend the Neptun cinema in Gdańsk. The investment combines the construction of a tenement house and a 1-storey car par in ul. Długa and ul. Piwna. The work will be divided into two phases at a value of PLN 1.3 million (phase I) and PLN 36.9 million (phase II).
The start of phase II of the work is subject to the submission of the investor, Capital Park Gdańsk, of the order of commencement for phase II of the project, which is expected by the end of September 2016. All the work is to be completed within 22 months from the start of phase II of the project at the latest.

According to the latest issue of Builder magazine, Erbud is placed first in the rankings prepared by kompasinwestycyjny.pl in the category covering the most active general contractors of the construction industry’s commercial and service segment.
