ERBUD Operations, a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., signed with the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow a contract to upgrade the thermal insulation of the hospital building. The gross contract value amounts to PLN 41.8 million.
Thermal upgrading works will be carried out in the main hospital building under the design and build contract The completion date was set for December 2021, i.e. 30 months from the date of signing the contract.
ERBUD Operations Sp. z o.o. exists on the construction market since 2001. Under the current business name, it has been operating since January 2019 - formerly as ERBUD Rzeszów Sp. z o.o.
ERBUD Operations carries out contracts in the capacity of general contractor and performs design works. The Company specializes in construction and upgrading of medical facilities and urban infrastructure, mainly in southern Poland.
The most recent projects performed by the Company include, but are not limited to: construction works on the Complex of Specialist Clinics and server rooms in the Clinical and Teaching Centre of the Medical University of Łódź as well as construction works, delivery and installation of medical supply units on the operating theatre at Stalowa Wola Specialist Hospital.
