The project named Research and Teaching Centre for Nanotechnology in Szczecin completed by ERBUD S.A. was awarded the 2nd prize in the “Construction of the Year 2012” competition in the category of buildings for science and education purposes. This prestigious award, which promotes modern technology and high quality, is given by the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians (Polski Związek Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa) and facilitated by the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy (Ministerstwo Transportu, Budownictwa i Gospodarki Morskiej) and the Central Office for Building Control (Główny Urządu Nadzoru Budowlanego). The ceremony was held in Warsaw on 25 June 25.
The XXIII edition of the competition covered 57 projects across Poland. The Research and Teaching Centre for Nanotechnology in Szczecin erected by ERBUD S.A. is a modern academic centre. Here are trained specialists in the field of modern medical technologies. In the building there are, among others: two-level auditorium hall with 500 seats, teaching facilities, laboratories and reading room.
The awarded project worth PLN 30 million net was completed by ERBUD S.A..
