Erbud entered with Student Depot Foxtrot Sp. z o.o. into a PLN 39.5 million contract to build as general contractor the Student House-Dorm “Akademik Foxtrot" in Warsaw at 37 Woronicza Street.
According to the agreement, the construction works begin in May 2018 and will last until 15 September 2019. This is Erbud's second contract carried out jointly with the Student Depot. Our company is currently performing a similar project - Funky Student House in Wrocław on Robotnicza Street. The completion of the project in Wrocław is planned for August 2018.
Student Depot is a network of Polish private dorms, located so far in Łódź, Poznań, Lublin, and soon also new in Wrocław and Warsaw.
