Ebud S.A., one of the five largest construction groups in Poland, will build a four-star hotel complex in Świnoujście on Żeromskiego St. Under a general construction our company will erect three buildings forming the complex. The scope of works also includes the site development.
Platinum Resort Sp. z o.o. is the investor. Erbud can boast several important hotel facilities in Świnoujście such as Baltic Park Molo, Blue Hotel Blue or recently completed Ewerdin Hotel. The contract to be performed on Żeromskiego St. provides for civil engineering works to build a three building hotel complex, incl. required in-building and on site infrastructure, along with development works.
The contract value amounts to PLN 53.5m, and the completion is scheduled for 31 July 2018.
