The Company has been contracted to refurbish and extend the swimming pool building located in Toruń at 9/17 Bażyńskich Street. The task also includes works related to the development of the areas around the swimming pool for recreation purposes. The contract is valued at PLN 41.9 million net.
Gmina Miasta Toruń (Municipality of the City of Toruń), and exactly Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji (Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre) is the Investor. According to the contract, construction works will be completed by 31 July 2020. The training, start-up and commissioning of the swimming pool are to take place by the end of August 2020.
This is another contract entered into by ERBUD S.A. this month. At the beginning of September, the Company signed an annex to the contract for the construction of the Galeria Młociny Retail and Entertainment Centre that increased the Contractor’s remuneration by PLN 56.6 million to PLN 591.2 million. A conditional contract for the extension of the Solny Hotel in Kołobrzeg worth PLN 26 million was also concluded.
