Erbud S.A. which is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland signed on 22 March a contract for the construction as General Contractor of an office and retail building in Kraków. The contract worth PLN 25.6 million will be completed by 31 March 2017. PORTO OFFICE B Sp. z o.o. is the investor.
Under the contract Erbud will buil the Class B office and retail building located in Kraków on Zielinskiego St., including underground parking, in-building services: water and sewerage system, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, electrical wiring, lightning protection system, transformer station, heating system with heat distribution unit. Scope of work includes also on-site services and utilities: construction of entry road, reconstruction of pavement, bikepath, external drainage, traffic lights, water supply and sewage services, central heating service. PORTO OFFICE B Sp. z o.o. is the investor.
