On 10 November 2017, ERBUD S.A. signed two contracts with the Vantage Development Group for the construction as general contracting of the phase VIII of the Promenady Wrocławskie Housing Estate. Total remuneration of ERBUD S.A. under both contracts is PLN 44 million.
Under the first contract with Promenady VIII VD, ERBUD S.A. will construct within the phase VIII of the Promenady Wrocławskie project two residential buildings numbered A and B, comprising of 181 flats with a total area of nearly 9 000 m2 and 6 retail units with a total area of 445 m2. Necessary services and utilities, site development and circulation system are also included in the range of Works. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 37.4 million.
The second contract, also as a part of the phase VIII of the Promenady Wrocławskie Housing Estate, covers the erection of residential building numbered C, consisting of 22 flats with a total area of 1 123 m2, and analogous to the first contract, the construction of necessary services and utilities. This contract is worth PLN 6.6 million.
According to the concluded contracts, buildings A and B are to be finished by November 2019, while the building C - by May 2019.
This is another cooperation of the ERBUD Group with the Vantage Development Group.
In the past, ERBUD S.A. was the general contractor for (among others) the Nowy Gaj housing estate and Promenade Zita office building in Wroclaw. Currently, ERBUD S.A. performs for the Vantage Development Group two residential projects: Dom Saski in Warsaw and Dorzecze Legnicka in Wroclaw.
