The ERBUD GROUP, one of the top five building groups in Poland, signed a contract for construction of a hotel and health complex Seaside Park in Kołobrzeg and a contract for construction of a hotel in Warsaw. The value of the contract for construction of Seaside Park amounts to PLN 28.1 million and the value of the project to be executed in Warsaw is m PLN 36.1 million.
For Erbud S.A. these are succeeding important contracts executed in the hotel industry.
The investor of the Kołobrzeg hotel complex is Montreal Sp. z o.o. The completion of works is scheduled for the 30th of June 2017. As the Prime Contractor the company will be responsible for the core and shell construction works in line with the required on-site service infrastructure and rehabilitation and sports equipment. Under the contract an underground car park will also be built. The hotel, for the construction of which the contract was signed, will be erected on Przesmyk Street in Kołobrzeg.
The Warsaw project which is being prepared for Mokotów Business & Aiport Hotel Sp. z. o. o. will be raised at 7 Suwak Street. Erbud S.A will be liable for the construction of the hotel building with a car park and on-site development works.
