ERBUD S. A. signed with Winhall Investments Sp. z o. o., a subsidiary of Vantage Development S. A., a contract to carry out the first stage of a housing development with retail and commercial area called Port Popowice in Wrocław. The contract amounts to PLN 114.5 million.
The contract provides for design, construction and final hand-over of three multi-family buildings with underground car park. Under the contract ERBUD S.A. will also perform site development and service infrastructure, incl. structural landscaping, greenery, associated buildings and structures, utilities and services.
The Stage 1 of the Port Popowice project will include construction of 415 flats and five commercial units. It will be divided into two phases: Phase I will cover the design of the entire Stage I and the construction of building “A”, and Phase II will consist in the construction of buildings “B” and “C”. According to the contract, the first Phase will be handed over in October 2019, and the entire stage will be completed no later than April 2021.
This is yet another project carried out jointly with Vantage Development. In the past, member companies of the ERBUD Group acted as the general contractor, i.a. for the Nowy Gaj and Dom Saski housing developments in Warsaw. Currently ERBUD S.A. also constructs in Wrocław estates named Dorzecze Legnickiej and Promenady Wrocławskie.
