ERBUD S.A. signed a contract for the demolition of the existing hotel building and construction of a new one. The owner of the Trofana Active Hotel located in Międzyzdroje is the company Trofana Bogdan Sadka.
The contract is worth PLN 25.2 million. The project will be completed by the end of June 2019.
Construction works, in addition to the building alteration, will also include water and sewage system and gas services as well as site development works. The building permit design is the Investor's responsibility, and the detailed design will be undertaken by ERBUD S.A. as General Contractor.
The usable area of the hotel after remodelling will be 3.7 thousand sq. m and the volume - over 16 thousand cu. m.
This is the first project performed by ERBUD S.A. for Trofana.
Trofana Active is the seventh hotel in the portfolio of ERBUD S.A. Among others there are Hampton by Hilton in Gdańsk and Four Points by Sheraton in Warsaw. This summer, ERBUD completed the erection of the Radisson Blu Resort in Swinoujscie.
