ERBUD S. A. will renovate buildings belonging to the Sports and Recreation Centre in Tomaszów Lubelski. Under the agreement concluded with the municipality, ERBUD will also expand the Centre with a new indoor swimming pool. The contract is worth PLN 26.3 million.
Construction works will include refurbishment of buildings of the Sport and Recreation Centre and construction of an indoor swimming pool. The renovation is carried out as part of the first stage of the public procurement “Revitalisation of marginalized areas of the city of Tomaszów Lubelski through renovation of buildings belonging to the Sport and Recreation Centre consisting in extension with an indoor swimming pool, renovation of the sports hall and office and welfare facilities, as well as construction of a multi-family residential building with council flats and retail units in Tomaszów Lubelski”.
The completion deadline is 15 October 2020.
