ERBUD signed a contract with the 4th Independent Public Clinical Hospital in Lublin to upgrade the thermal insulation of the hospital building. The contract value amounts to PLN 45.41 million gross (PLN 36.9 million net). The completion date has been set for June 2021.
Thermal upgrading works will be carried out in the main hospital and the polyclinic building, and the purpose is to improve the hospital's energy efficiency. Under the contract, ERBUD is obliged to improve the heating, hot water preparation and lighting system, to retrofit insulation of external walls and floorings and of roof slabs and roofs, to partly replace windows and doors and to perform site development works. A photovoltaic system will also be installed.
The project will be carried out by the Rzeszów Branch of ERBUD S.A.
