ERBUD, one of the top five building groups in Poland, will complete Phase V of ‘Wrocławskie Promenady’ project. As Prime Contractor the company will build a residential complex with a required service infrastructure including land development and improvement.
Promenady V VD, a subsidiary of Vantage Development Group is the Investor. It is another project to be completed by Erbud S.A. for Vantage Development S.A.. Tthe companies have already completed 9 projects together, including Galaktyka Retail Park, Nowy Gaj residential buildings complex on Żegiestowska Street and a residential and office building on 40 Dąbrowskiego Street.
Under the contract Erbud S.A. will build a multifamily residential buildings complex with an underground car park, in-building and on-site service infrastructure. The scope of works includes also land development and improvement, structural landscaping and greenery, traffic circulation system and required roads.
