Erbud S.A., one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, became the General Contractor for the completion of Phase 2 of the "Grójecka 216" residential and retail complex with underground car park, located in Warsaw on Grójecka Street.
CGL VII sp. z o.o. sp. k. is the investor. This is another contract signed by Erbud with a company from the Grupo Lar within the last twelve months.
The completion is scheduled for 30 September 2018.
The value of the contract for the construction of “Grójecka 216” amounts to PLN 17.31m and the total value of contracts concluded with Grupo Lar over the past months reached PLN 76.13m.
