Erbud S.A., one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, will build as General Contractor the "Bliskie Bemowo" residential complex in Warsaw on Olbrachta Street, corner Powstańców Śląskich Street.
The company CGL VIII sp. z o.o. V sp. k. is the investor. This is another contract concluded within the past 12 months with a company from the GRUPO LAR. Earlier, both companies have already performed projects "Nowe Bielany" and "Bliski Tarchomin" – new Warsaw housing estates.
Works are scheduled to be completed on 30 June 2018.
The value of the contract for the construction of "Bliskie Bemowo" amounts to PLN 18.07 million, while the total value of contracts signed with the GRUPO LAR in the last twelve months is PLN 58.81 million.
