Ebud S.A., one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, will build the FUNKY hall of residence Wrocław at 96 Robotnicza St. under a general construction contract.
Student Depot FUNKY is the investor. This will be the first time both companies have come together to perform a project. The value of the contract for the Consortium (formed together with Elektra Invest Sp. z o.o., Sp.k. form Poznań) amounts to PLN 38.02 million, while the value of the works to be carried out by ERBUD S.A. is PLN 36.40 million.
