On 14 August 2018, ERBUD S.A. signed two construction contracts. The first one concerns the construction of a residential building with retail units in Poznań at 3 Smoluchowskiego Street. The second contract covers the general contractor services to erect a commercial and retail building with an access road, located in Kraków at 68 Zakopiańska Street. Both contracts together are worth PLN 72.6 million.
Ogrody Różane Sp. z o.o is the Investor of the building in Poznań on Smoluchowskiego Street. Under the contract, ERBUD S.A. will construct a residential and retail building, including underground car park, necessary utilities and road infrastructure. According to the provisions of the contract, the works will be completed by 17 February 2020, while the Investor will obtain the occupancy permit by 24 March 2020 at the latest. The contract value is PLN 30.7 million.
Ogrody Różane Sp. z o. o. belongs to Konimpex-Invest, the leading housing developer in Wielkopolska Region. During over 10 years of its activity, the company has delivered nearly a thousand apartments. The building on Smoluchowskiego Street is another project performed in Poznań, following to existing ones in such districts as Grunwald, Wilda, Centrum (Old Town), Górczyn or Naramowice.
The second contract concluded by ERBUD S.A. provides for the construction of a building for commercial and retail purposes along with underground garage, on-grade parking spaces, sidewalks, structural landscaping, utilities and development works on site located in Kraków on Zakopiańska Street. In addition to the construction of deceleration/acceleration lane from and to a public road, ERBUD S.A. will reconstruct the exit from Zakopiańska Street, bus bay and pavement, as well as diverse water mains, power lines and street lighting. ASO MR Sp. z o.o. sp.k is the Investor. The contract value is PLN 41.9 million. Works are due to be completed on 23 December 2019.
