Erbud S.A. has signed a contract to erect a retail park in Bielsko-Biała for PLN 19.6m net. The completion is scheduled for the end of October 2014. Savia-Karpaty Sp. z o.o. from Kraków is the investor and the customer.
Under the contract ERBUD will build the shopping centre with a usable area of more than 6.3 thousand sqm and external road network.
