Erbud S.A., which is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, has announced the signing of a contract for the construction of a part of the Baltic Park Molo complex in Świnoujście, including a 5-star Radisson Blu Resort hotel and a water park. The investor is Zdrojowa Invest Sp z o.o. 7 Projekt S.K.A. The value of the contract is PLN 25.98 million net.
Under the contact, Erbud will build a water park and a 5-star hotel Radisson Blu Resort on Baltic Park Molo Avenue. Both buildings will form part of a hotel, residential apartments and recreational complex called Baltic Park Molo, situated between the main promenade in Świnoujście and the beach. Works covered by the contract are to be completed by the end of February 2017. The contract is worth PLN 25.98 million net. The investment is executed in consortium with EKONOVA S.A. with its registered office at ul. Julianowska 13, 03-338 Warsaw and is a continuation of a complex combining a hotel, a conference centre and recreational area for Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels Group in Kołobrzeg. The Radisson Blu Resort, Świnoujście, will be the first hotel in Poland built in accordance with the eco-friendly LEED certification. ERBUD S.A. has a 75% share in the contract.
