Ebud S.A., one of the leading construction companies in the country, informs that it entered into a contract to build in Wrocław the PROMENADA VII residential building with retail area. The value of contracted works amounts to PLN 25.5m. The company Promenady VII spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa seated in Wrocław, a company belonging to the VANTAGE DEVELOPMENT Group is the investor.
The works on the project in Wrocław will take sixty-eight weeks since the commencement.
