Erbud signed a contract to build a housing complex in Wroclaw with a maximum value of PLN 30.6 million net. Promenady II VD Sp. z o.o. is the investor.
Under the contract ERBUD will build the complex of multi-family buildings with commercial area and basement car park.
This is another contract carried out by ERBUD for the Vantage Development S.A. Group. So far, the company has executed three contracts as general contractor for residential projects in Wroclaw of overall of PLN 72.8 million net.
