ERBUD S.A. signed a contract with Europrojekt Gamma Saller Polbau for the construction of a sales and service park and a Castorama store in Lipnik. The contract value is PLN 47.43 million net.
Pursuant to the contract, ERBUD will also reconstruct the traffic system around the building site - the scope of works includes the construction of a roundabout and the related reconstruction of the district road. The company will also build car parks and access roads, set up delivery zones and set up green spaces. The order also includes the construction of an advertising pylon with advertisements and the construction of a sanitary sewage system.
The works are scheduled to be completed on 30 September 2021.
The sales and service park in Lipnik is another facility of this type built by ERBUD. The most famous project is Galeria Młociny, the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Warsaw and one of the largest in Poland. The company was also the contractor of stage I of the Silesia Outlet sales and service centre in Gliwice. The ERBUD portfolio also includes the Libero shopping centre in Katowice, which was built for the Echo Investment Capital Group, just as Galeria Młociny.
