Erbud signed a contract to construct a retail and office building in Wrocław. 3. The estimated contract value is PLN 25,4m. The project is scheduled to be completed January 2017. OMEX Sławomir Stepnowski from Wrocław is the investor.
According to the contract Erbud will build the retail and office tower on a turnkey basis. The approximate value of the contract amounts to PLN 25.4m net - the invoicing will be based on unit prices and actual measurement of works. The site is located in Wroclaw at 38-40 Braniborska St. and will be completed by January 2017.
Retail and offices have a significant share in the portfolio of Erbud S.A. - more than 22 percent. Currently, in progress are such projects as Royal Wilanów Shopping and Office Complex, Eurocentrum Complex - phase II or office building in Warsaw on Czerska St.
