Ebud S.A., one of the leading construction companies in the country, signed a conditional contract for the construction of Młociny Shopping Gallery, a modern retail and entertainment complex that will be erected in one of the best locations in Warsaw, i.e. in Bielany district in the immediate vicinity of the Młociny traffic junction with the subway station. The value of contracted works amounts to PLN 534.61m. Berea Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw is the investor.
Construction work will last until October 2018.
The work will only commence when the Contractor receives from the Investor a notice to possess the site and proceed with work. The deadline for submission of the Notice falls on 15 July 2016.
