Erbud signed a contract for the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new office building named Szucha Premium Offices located in Warszawa at 17/19 Szucha Av. The contract worth PLN 41.28m net will be completed by the end of September 2016. GPG CORNER - Green Property Group Sp. z o. o. S.K.A. is the investor and the customer.
Under the contract Erbud will demolish the existing building and construct a new one consisting of two aboveground portions of seven- and three-storey and underground car park. The completion is scheduled for September 2016.
The total value of currently ongoing projects within the office market amounts to PLN 354.7m and represents 22.6% of the Group’s order backlog. The office sector construction remains one of the main directions in the Group’s development in 2015.
