ERBUD S. A. signed a contract with AN3 for the performance a residential project called Novum III Apartaments in Kraków. The net value of the contract is PLN 115 million.
The contract between ERBUD S. A. and AN3 Sp. z o. o. covers the construction of four multi-storey residential buildings with underground garages on Rakowicka Street in Krakow.
The contract is divided into two tasks; under the first one, one building will be built, under the second, three more.
The first task will be performed until 31 October 2021. The second task will last 26 months from the delivery of the final building permit.
The contract value amounts to PLN 115. 05 million net, including PLN 44. 55 million net for works covered by the first task and PLN 70. 50 million net for works covered by the second task.
ERBUD S.A. was also the general contractor for two previous stages of the project in Kraków- Apartments Novum I and Apartments Novum II.
