Erbud signed a contract to construct the office building named Kościuszko Business Point in Toruń at 73 Kościuszko St. The contract worth PLN 26 million net is scheduled to be completed by August 2014. Rywal-RHC Sp. z o.o. Branch Toruń is the builder.
This is the second project carried out by ERBUD for Rywal-RHC Sp. z o.o. and another office building being erected by the company. Other ones are: Eurocentrum on Al. Jerozolimskie St., office building at 113 Puławska St. and on Łopuszańska St., all of them located in Warsaw.
