ERBUD S.A. entered into a contract with the Kraków Centre of Rehabilitation and Orthopaedics for the extension and alteration of one of the hospital buildings. The contract value is PLN 23.4 million net.
The contract covers the extension of the existing hospital building No. 2 for the purpose of new location of the operating theatre, anaesthesiology and intensive care unit, X-ray laboratory, ultrasound room, densitometry and central sterilization as well as alteration of rooms previously occupied by these wards.
The completion is scheduled for 30 September 2019.
ERBUD S.A. specializes in the construction, alteration and refurbishment of hospitals and medical facilities. In June 2017, a foundation stone was laid for the Southern Hospital in Warsaw. Currently, the Company is also building the Centre for Non-Invasive Medicine for the Medical University of Gdańsk.
Among other medical sector contracts signed in 2017, it is worth mentioning hospitals in Jarosław, Dębica and Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow. In the past, the ERBUD Group built or altered the Invasive Medicine Centre of the Medical Academy in Gdańsk, Stanisław Leszczyński Hospital in Katowice, “Przylądek Nadziei” Clinic in Wrocław, the Katowice Oncology Centre and many others.
