ERBUD S. A. will rebuild and extend the indoor swimming pool at the Sports and Recreation Centre in Stargard. The net value of the contract signed with OSiR Stargard Sp. z o. o. amounts to PLN 31.6 million.
The contract obliges ERBUD S.A. to carry out demolition and construction, including mechanical and plumbing works, site development as well as accompanying utilities. Swimming pool basins, supply of equipment and facility maintenance services for a period of 1 year are also included.
The deadline for completion is set for 26 October 2020.
This is another such contract acquired by ERBUD S.A. in recent months. Currently, work is underway to expand the Sports and Recreation Centre in Tomaszów Lubelski (including the construction of a new swimming pool) and to refurbish the swimming pool at the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Toruń.
