ERBUD S.A. signed the contract for the construction of complexes of services buildings in Dąbki. The contract value is PLN 48 1 million net.
The investor is Marina Dąbki. Under the contract, 4 buildings with mezzanines, boiler rooms and underground garages, along with land development: roads, sidewalks. parking spaces and a fence will be built on premises at Darłowska Street, in Dąbki.
The deadline for implementation of the investment is 25 months.
The contract is implemented by ERBUD's branch in Szczecin.
