Ebud S.A., one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, signed two contracts for the completion of a new project in Krakow. Under the first contract Erbud as general contractor will build NOVUM II A APARTMENTS valued at PLN 37.9 million, while under the second one will be erected NOVUM II B APARTMENTS - one residential building and a student hotel with a value of PLN 43 million.
Durham Spółka z o.o. and Durham 2 Spółka z. o.o. is the investor of two projects named NOVUM II A APARTMENTS and NOVUM II B APARTMENTS. Other entities from the Group, members of which are the above mentioned companies, have already completes joint building investments, including QUATRO TOWERS Residential Complex in Gdansk and NOVUM Apartments in Kraków.
The contract for the construction of NOVUM II A APARTMENTS provides that ERBUD S.A. will build as general contractor two multi-storey residential buildings. The project also includes construction of an underground garage, in-building systems, on-site roads with drainage, footways and structural landscaping. The deadline for the completion is scheduled for 30 March 2019.
NOVUM II B APARTMENTS is a single building with a basement car park comprising of two above-ground residential portions and one above-ground portion designed for a student hotel to be constructed in general contracting. Within the contract will be also delivered: in-building systems, on-site roads with drainage, footways and structural landscaping. Time for completion is agreed for 15 May 2019.
Both developments will be completed at Rakowicka and Wit Stwosza Streets in Kraków.
