Extension of the Magnolia Park Shopping Centre in Wrocław

Project completion by Erbud as General Contractor. Detailed design performed by the GC. The works include, but are not limited to reconstruction and development of the shopping mall building in order to increase retail space by structural changes in passage circulation area on both storeys (new floors in the area of escalators, new staircases), extension of new retail space and of the main entrance area, changes in the supply zone, fire tank replacement and changing its location, alteration of the existing on-site installations, alteration and conversion of in-building mechanical, fire protection, electrical and telecommunication systems to the redesign.
