GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH, a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., signed a contract to build a residential and medical complex.
Die IPG Grundstücks- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is the investor. Under the contract executed as general contractor, GWI will complete earthworks, Berlin-type retaining wall, foundation piles, composite structure, including steel frame structure and shell and core.
The value of the contract amounts to EUR 10.9m, what after conversion at the exchange rate as of the date of concluding the contract i.e. 27.04.2017 gives PLN 46.5m.
The completion of works is scheduled for 24 September 2018.
