The range of work includes the construction of both buildings on a turnkey basis, along with site development, construction of the road system and on-site services. Part of the arrangement works will be done by the Investor, coordinated by the General Contractor. The planned number of hotel suites in the facility is 93. Building technology - traditional, masonry walls, filigree ceilings, wooden roof truss.
