We are building a certain future
The history of certification at the ERBUD Company began in 2004, because we know that development must be based on solid foundations.
We started the certification process with ISO 9001:2001 and AQAP 2110:2003. Then, the ERBUD Company built an Integrated Management System, which today is an added value for all companies forming the Group.
The ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 standards have been a model for us in project and organizational management from the very beginning.
We currently hold the following certificates in the field of quality management:
- ISO 9001:2015,
- AQAP 2110:2016.
We think ECO-LOGICALLY
We protect the natural environment
Nature is our common heritage, which is why we have been protecting it since the beginning of our company.
That is why, based on the ISO 14001 standard, we have completed contracts with BREEAM and LEED certification requirements. We have created "green buildings" such as: Eurocentrum, Royal Wilanów, Baltic Park Molo, Nowa Formiernia, Hala Koszyki, Centrum Praskie Koneser, Szucha Premium Office, Porto Offices, Galeria Młociny.
In addition to the practices resulting strictly from the provisions of the ISO 14001 standard, we see the need to expand various types of pro-environmental activities, including:
- sustainable investment implementation (no impact on biodiversity),
- acting in accordance with the code of ethics,
- reasonable waste management.
Caring for common resources, we develop environmental awareness among our employees and subcontractors.
We currently hold a certificate in the field of environmental management:
