Medical Care Centre in Jarosław

Extension, alteration and vertical enlargement of a building for operating theatre, gynaecology and obstetrics, neonatology and emergency. Range of works: civil construction, MEP, roads and finishing works connected with the extension, remodelling extending upwards of a building and vertical enlargement of combined use building; construction of a roof helipad elevated above the building roof and of a link building connecting the helipad with the emergency ward. The facility will include: 1) Gynaecological and Obstetrics Ward with 23+12 beds respectively; 2) Neonatal Ward with 11 cots; 3) Operating Theatre with 4 rooms. Moreover, there will be: 1) Hospital pharmacy; 2) Central Sterilization 3) Mortuary; 4) Equipment and store rooms. Four-storey building will be constructed directly on the ground. The helipad will be above the building roof and supported by reinforced concrete structural columns.
