Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego S.A., a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., signed a contract to execute comprehensive electrical and construction works for a wind farm in the District of Skierniewice. Contract with a value of PLN 27 million will be completed by the end of August 2015. Eco-Power Sp. z o.o. headquartered in Łódź is the investor and the customer.
Under the contract, Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego (PDBI) will perform complex power works, necessary works for the 110/30 kV substation with MV electrical network, road works and construction of foundations for wind farm turbines.
Erbud S.A. holds 94.27 per cent of the equity share capital of PBDI S.A., which operates in the road-engineering sector.
