Southern Hospital in Warszawa

Redesign of project and bid documents; demolition, construction, finishing and MEP works; site development; architect's on-site services. Southern Hospital, located at the corner of Rtm. Witold Pilecki and Indira Gandhi Streets, in the vicinity of The Maria Skłodowska Curie Memorial Cancer Centre and Institute of Oncology and Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine, will be operating as a municipal hospital for Ursynów and Wilanów districts. Under the design, Southern Hospital of total usable floor area 42,295 m2 will comprise three buildings : A, B i C, which have been planned to be furnished with 288 beds. In building A there will be: an emergency department, a hospital out-patient clinic, laboratories, Department of Obtetrics and Department of General Surgery, and a helicopter landing site. Building B will house, among others, the admission room,Gynaecology Department, Critical Care Department and Internal Medicine Department. On the roof of the building A there will be a helicopter landing platform of an area of 325 m2, where helicopters of the largest sizes and the biggest maximum takeoff mass will be able to land.
