The Supervisory Board of ERBUD has appointed Tomasz Wojak as the fourth member of the Management Board. He will oversee the development of industrial services in Poland and Germany, an area where the Group has ambitious plans.
For over 25 years, Tomasz Wojak was associated with the Konsalnet Group, where he held various positions related to development, expansion, and acquisitions. Since 2000, he has been a member of the Management Boards of companies within the group, and from 2018, he served as the CEO of Seris Konsalnet Holding, employing over 20,000 people. Throughout his career, he worked for organizations such as the private equity fund V4C and for five years with the French group Seris. He holds an MBA from the Frederic Skarbek School of Commerce and International Finance in Warsaw, is the Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs, and a member of the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue. He was awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of Poland for his contributions to the professional activation of people with disabilities.
At ERBUD Group, Wojak will supervise the industrial services companies.
“For over a decade, we have consistently pursued our strategy of diversifying our business areas to transform from a monolithic construction company into a diversified service and technology entity. Industrial services have been a perfect choice, as they are resilient to market fluctuations and nearly unaffected by random events like pandemics, wars, or inflation, which we have faced in recent years. We are expanding both organically and through acquisitions. Earlier this year, we integrated CKTiS from Płock, adding 130 more specialists, and we are scouting for other promising companies. The specialties of our Polish and German companies vary, but it’s time to create synergy that will drive growth and deliver even better results,” said Dariusz Grzeszczak, CEO of ERBUD.
The Group’s industrial service companies focus on servicing energy facilities and industrial installations. Their specialists handle repairs, installations, upgrades, and diagnostics of machinery and equipment. They specialize in assembling steel structures, boilers, and pipelines for the chemical and energy sectors, as well as installing equipment for technological hubs, pumps, and valves. ERBUD’s service companies operate in 14 locations, employing nearly 640 people in Poland and over 500 in Germany, making up more than 30% of the Group’s total workforce. Their services are provided under the banners of ERBUD Industry, headquartered in Łódź; Satchwell in Toruń; CKTiS in Płock; and two companies in Germany: IVT Weiner + Reimann in Oberhausen and IKR in Bitterfeld. The latter is currently executing a construction contract in Minden for Siegfried PharmaChemikalien, the largest industrial project of its kind in Germany.
“I’m delighted to join ERBUD Group, a strong corporation that accurately identifies market trends and builds a diversified service portfolio. As a publicly listed company, it ensures profitable growth for its shareholders. The industrial services segment is a stable pillar of the Group with excellent prospects in both Poland and Germany. I’m very excited to contribute to this development,” said Tomasz Wojak.
The expanded Management Board will commence operations in January 2025. The new lineup will consist of:
President: Dariusz Grzeszczak
