The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on 22.01.2024, jointly with a Group Company - Onde S.A., it signed with HSBC Continental Europe the Amendment Letter No. 2 to the Significant Credit Agreement, concluded in the form of “Trade Support Services Letter No. 24/2021”.
By virtue of this Agreement, the Parties establish the possibility for the Companies ERBUD S.A and ONDE S.A. to utilise a limit for bank guarantees and letters of credit in the amount of PLN 74,000,000 until 31.10.2024.
The limit shall consist of the following sub-limits:
- Limit for guarantee products under the Sustainable Trade Support Service (implementation of Green Projects) - maximum of PLN 74,000,000
- Limit for products of a guarantee nature in the context of a Trade Support Service, but not being a Sustainable Trade Facility - maximum PLN 50,000,000
- Limit for documentary letters of credit under the Sustainable Trade Support Service (implementation of Green Projects) - maximum PLN 45,000,000.
The other terms and conditions do not deviate from market standards.
