ERBUD is one of the most dynamic developing Polish construction groups providing services in the segment of commercial building, utilities, power industry, housing and road-engineering in the territory of Poland and other European countries, including, inter alia, Germany, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

In 2010, the Company celebrates the 20th Anniversary of its establishment.

Thanks to the years of experience gained in the mature markets of Western Europe, the Company is competing now with the international branch players in terms of quality and timeliness of services.

The Company receives orders to execute prestigious projects in home and abroad. A special attention should be paid to such contracts as the Victoria Shopping Centre in Wałbrzych (PLN 243.7 m), Agora Shopping Centre in Bytom (PLN 188.5 m), Tesco in Warsaw (PLN 74.2 m), Invasive Medicine Centre in Gdańsk (PLN 157.4 m), District Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów (41.9 million PLN), Technical Museum in Szczecin (PLN 11.0 m), Humanist College in Poznan (PLN 22.1 m), retirement homes in Herkenrath and Bergneustadt, Germany (€ 7.9 m), coal power plant in Wilhelmshaven (€ 3.7 m), gas power plant in Lingen, Germany (€ 1.3 m) LNG terminal in Rotterdam (€ 0.8 m), garbage incinerating plant in Luxembourg (€ 0.7 m), Tunnel in Marseilles (€ 1.0 m), development and strengthening of the National Raod No. 1 Gdańsk – Cieszyn, section Toruń – Włoclawek (PLN 17.8 m) .

Over the past few years ERBUD recorded an annual growth in revenues. An excellent branch knowledge enables to asses properly the efficiency of projects and achieve high profitability of executed contracts.

In May 2007, the Company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Funds raised from the IPO have been earmarked for the further development of large-volume construction in the country and abroad and expansion in the attractive road-engineering segment in Poland.

In accordance with the development strategy ERBUD gains next bridgeheads in prospective segments of the construction market: in September 2007, the Company took over Budlex, a leading developer in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region having more than 60 percent share in the housing market. At the end of 2007, ERBUD also signed an agreement to acquire REMBET Plus, a company operating in the prospective road-engineering business. Another acquisition took place in May 2008, this time of PRD SA based in Toruń and acting in the road sector. In October 2009, ERBUD became an owner of 70% of shares of JF Inwestycje, a company from the energy sector, now operating under the name ERBUD Energetyka Sp. z o.o.

On 21 January 2010, the Warsaw Branch of ERBUD S.A. signed a new contract for performance of the first stage of construction of ADRIA multifamily residential complex, located in Warsaw at Jugosłowiańska Street.

Dom Development S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw is the investor.

ERBUD S.A. won a court hearing in the second instance on ordering construction works in Budomierz

The Executive Board of ERBUD S.A. announces about winning the trial of second instance on order for construction works in open contract award procedures for the development of Building a road border crossing in Budomierz. The Consortium consisting of ERBUD S.A., the Leader of the consortium, based at Puławska 300 A, 02-819 Warszawa, and Wolff & Muller GmbH & Co. KG, based at Schwieberdinger Strasse 107, 70435 Stuttgart in Germany has submitted in this procedure the lowest tender meeting the terms of the Specification of Essential Terms and Conditions of the Contract for evaluating the tenders, where the price was an only bid evaluation criterion.

ERBUD Group has acquired new contracts in the German market

On 19 November 2009, the GWI GmbH based in Germany, a subsidiary of the ERBUD Group, signed two contracts for the construction of residential buildings in Germany. The value of the contracts to be implemented by the end of August 2010 is of about € 8 million total. The company Conesta Project Herkenrath GmbH & Co. KG is the investor and ordering customer.
