The newest start-up in the group's structures. MOD21 is a company specializing in modern modular wooden construction. The production plant is located in Ostraszewo, near Toruń. Erbud S.A. owns 100% of shares in the company.

ERBUD Holding Deutschland GmbH has been operating since July 2017. The company manages its own assets and acquires other entities, invests in them, and undertakes management over them. The ERBUD Holding Deutschland group includes: IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH (with its subsidiaries: IVT Menzenbach GmbH, IVT Beteiligungs GmbH) and IKR GmbH. The company is also a service provider - in the SSC (shared service centre) model - for its subsidiaries as well as other foreign companies of the ERBUD Group (MOD21 and ERBUD International).
