ERBUD S.A. has been developing its activities since 1990. It has extensive experience in the implementation of prestigious construction projects, and is one of the largest Polish family construction companies. As a general contractor, the company performs office, commercial, industrial, residential, medical, hotel and public utility projects. ERBUD has an experienced, highly qualified team of engineers and specialists. The employees are covered by a system of trainings and courses that gradually improve their qualifications. Their professional development is also enhanced by a system of internal promotions. The standard of the Group is to comply with occupational health and safety rules as well as ISO and AQAP standards. The company was founded in 2001. As a subsidiary of Erbud S.A., it performs contracts under the general contracting system and carries out design works. It specialises in the modernisation and construction of new health care facilities and urban infrastructure facilities, mainly in the south of Poland. Erbud S.A. holds 100% shares in the company.

The company was established in 2010 as a result of the merger of PRD S.A. and Rembet Plus Sp. z o.o. For 10 years it operated under the name PBDI. It operates mainly in the renewable energy sector, which already accounts for 80% of all orders. The rest is the company’s original area of activity: road construction and engineering. ERBUD S.A. owns 90% of shares in the share capital of ONDE S.A.

The company offers a comprehensive maintenance service including maintenance of facilities, machinery, equipment, process lines, technological lines and tanks. It specialises in the construction, overhaul and modernisation of power and heating installations and equipment, electric, control and measurement equipment as well as industrial and municipal installations. It also offers consultancy and technical advice.

The company was established in 1982. It operates in the Ruhr region. The company mainly deals with engineering and service support for industrial facilities (e.g. pipelines, pumps, silos, cooling towers), assembly, maintenance and repair of power, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary networks. Its registered office is in Oberhausen. Erbud S.A. holds 100% shares in the company.

The company operates on the Polish market and specialises in comprehensive execution of construction and engineering projects carried out directly for the US military stationed in Poland under relevant international agreements. The concluded agreements are subject to US legislation. They characterise with stringent formal and legal requirements as well as the selection of staff implementing projects.

Scope of services of IKR GmbH includes pipeline and plant construction in the chemical, petrochemical, industrial, power and metals industries. The manufacturing division for internal and external customer orders completes the company's portfolio. The company's headquarters are located in Bitterfeld (Saxony-Anhalt). In addition, IKR GmbH has three further branches in Hamburg, Guben/Lausitz and Burghausen/Bavaria and has a strong presence on the market in Germany. ERBUD S.A. holds 100% of the company´s shares through ERBUD Holding Deutschland GmbH.

ERBUD Holding Deutschland GmbH has been operating since July 2017. The company manages its own assets and acquires other entities, invests in them, and undertakes management over them. The ERBUD Holding Deutschland group includes: IVT Weiner + Reimann GmbH (with its subsidiaries: IVT Menzenbach GmbH, IVT Beteiligungs GmbH) and IKR GmbH. The company is also a service provider - in the SSC (shared service centre) model - for its subsidiaries as well as other foreign companies of the ERBUD Group (MOD21 and ERBUD International).
